Sharing: documents vs Library folders
Title-bar Share is for one open document and real-time collaboration; Library Share folder targets a folder and its documents together.
Clarami separates per-document collaboration from library-wide folder access:
Share in the document title bar (one document)
While a document is open on Workspace (/documents), use Share next to the document title. That dialog applies to this draft only: invite collaborators by email, assign Editor, Commenter, or Viewer, adjust general access when offered, copy a workspace link, and use Publish when your plan exposes a public snapshot. Collaborators with edit or comment roles work in this document together—updates are intended to stay aligned in real time for everyone who has access.
Opening Comment threads from More document actions (⋯) usually requires at least one collaborator on that same document; start from Share first.
For role details and the relationship to Export and Comments, see Export, print, and share.
Share folder (Library)
Library lists your saved documents and folders (see Document library). From a folder row, you may see Share folder. That control is for the folder and every document currently inside it in one step—a library boundary—not a substitute for opening each document and using title-bar Share when you need collaborators inside the editor for a specific draft.
Folder-level sharing may still be limited or marked not available yet in some deployments. Until it is fully enabled for your account, use Share on each document you need to collaborate on.
