Export, print, and share

Word, PDF/print, HTML copy, cloud upload, and per-document sharing from the title bar.

From an open document on Workspace, use More document actions () in the document title barExport for:

  • Download Word (.doc)
  • Copy HTML for pasting elsewhere
  • LaTeX (.tex) when your plan enables it

Use the browser’s Print dialog for PDF. Cloud upload to Drive or OneDrive may appear from Document settings (gear) or the export flow depending on your plan and deployment; connect providers under Account → Integrations when offered.

Sharing (this document)

Use Share in the document title bar (next to the title) on Workspace while that document is open. That opens sharing for this draft only: real-time collaboration with people you invite—edits and comments stay in sync for collaborators according to their role. It is not the same as Share folder in Library, which is meant to cover a folder and all documents inside it together.

Read the short overview: Sharing: documents vs Library folders.

  • Invite by email
  • Assign roles: Editor, Commenter, or Viewer
  • Owners can update roles or remove access later

Role behavior:

  • Owner: full control (including sharing and publish controls)
  • Editor: edit document content
  • Commenter: comment-only access
  • Viewer: read-only access

Comments appear under More document actions () after at least one collaborator is invited or added to the document. If the owner is alone, the Comments action stays hidden.

When comments are enabled, you can create threads, reply, and resolve/reopen based on role permissions.

Clarami now includes live collaboration awareness (presence and remote cursor indicators), but it is still not a full enterprise coauthoring suite in every deployment.

For questions or issues with a specific export, note your browser and document (or a short export description) when contacting support.
