Send feedback

We read every message. Whether you spotted a bug, have a feature idea, or want to tell us how Clarami fits your writing workflow, here is how to reach us.

What we do with your feedback

Product feedback helps us decide what to build next, what to fix first, and where the editor feels confusing in real coursework and research workflows. We route messages to the right owner on the team (product, support, or billing) and we keep personal details only as long as needed to resolve the thread, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

We cannot always reply to every idea immediately, but we read the inbox regularly. If you are reporting a bug, include enough context that we can reproduce it on our side. If you are requesting a feature, describe the job you are trying to finish, not only the button you want moved.

From your Clarami account (recommended)

If you are signed in, use the contact form so we can tie your note to your account and follow up more easily.

By email

You can also write us directly at support@claramiai.com. Include your full name, the email you use with Clarami (if any), and enough detail for us to understand the context.

Tips for a helpful report

  • Bugs: browser and device, what you clicked, and what you expected vs. what happened.
  • Ideas: the assignment or workflow you have in mind (course level, document type, or integration) helps us understand the ask.
  • Schools: mention your LMS or roster needs if you are exploring institutional use.

How to write a bug report we can act on

Start with one sentence that states the impact: for example, “Export to Word drops footnotes when my bibliography includes DOI links.” Then list the steps as numbered steps, ending with what you saw and what you expected. If the issue is visual, describe the panel or menu names exactly as they appear in the UI.

If something only happens in one document, say whether the document started from import, a template, or a blank draft. If it depends on citation style or a specific source type, name the style and give a minimal example (for example a redacted DOI or a short excerpt) so we are not guessing.

Feature requests that move fastest

The most actionable requests connect to a grading constraint, a collaboration constraint, or a time constraint. Tell us your role (student, lab manager, instructor, editor), the approximate length of the documents you work on, and what you tried already inside Clarami. If you tried a workaround, describe it. Workarounds tell us where the product is asking for extra effort today.

If your request is sensitive, say so. We will keep the thread private and only share details inside the team as needed to diagnose or scope the work.

For subscription or billing questions, see our Refund Policy or email the same address with “Billing” in the subject line.
