The Review panel is Clarami's right-rail review surface: three focused assistants that read your draft, flag specific passages, and let you accept or reject each finding in place. Not a single “score,” not an originality grade, just clear findings you can act on.
Free includes a small monthly Review word pool. PRO and Platinum unlock the full assistants and larger pools. Review words are billed separately from drafting words.
Each assistant runs a focused pass over your draft and returns categorized findings. You jump between them, accept them in place, or dismiss them. A floating bar in the editor lets you walk each finding without losing your place.
Every assistant tells you up front what it reads, what it does not promise, and how it is different from a publisher database or an institutional originality check.
Scans grammar, punctuation, and style signals, then builds concise rewrite suggestions you can apply in place. The original text never changes until you accept.
Combines claim-evidence checks with citation coverage in a single pass: flags overstated, unsupported, or misaligned claims, calls out passages where attribution may be missing, and surfaces verified DOI suggestions only after cross-checking multiple bibliographic providers. Points you into vetted source discovery for the gaps.
An advisory pass on vocabulary, syntax, and tone, optionally aligned with the voice notes and writing-sample excerpt saved in Account → Defaults. It is not Turnitin-style database matching and does not prove originality for submission.
Reviewing is a separate mode from drafting. You stay in your document, the panel opens on the right, and a focused floating bar lets you walk findings one at a time.
Step 1
Open the Review panel from the workspace nav. Each assistant shows its scope, its disclosure, and the Review word cost before you run it.
Step 2
Findings highlight the exact passage in the document. Use Previous / Next to step through, Accept to apply the change in place, or Reject to keep your original wording.
Step 3
When you exit the pass, accepted findings are merged into the saved document. Rejected findings disappear. Nothing the panel surfaces is auto-applied; your draft is the source of truth.
Drafting words and Review words are counted separately on paid plans, so reviewing your draft doesn't eat into your writing capacity. The premium assistants (PolishPass, ClaimShield, Draft Tone Check) require PRO or Platinum.

Drafting and Review word pools reset monthly. Optional one-time word packs are available as add-ons. You are always responsible for accuracy, citations, and academic integrity.
It is not a plagiarism scanner. ClaimShield and Draft Tone Check read your draft text. They do not compare your work to a publisher database or an institutional originality archive, and they do not produce a Turnitin-style match score.
It does not prove originality. Draft Tone Check is an advisory tone and wording pass. It is not a substitute for the originality verification a journal, employer, or institution requires before submission.
It does not silently change your draft. Every finding lands in the panel first. You walk findings with the floating bar and decide what to apply. Nothing the assistants suggest is auto-merged.
It does not replace your judgment. Review is drafting assistance. Verify every quotation, page reference, citation, and claim against the underlying source before you submit graded or published work.
